My father receives home care twice a week. Help with bathing, soaking his feet, and personal care, laundry and house keeping service. They arrive on time and are dependable. The caregivers are very professional, friendly and feel like they are part of the family. The agency has been very responsive to any request and are a great partner in my fathers care.

I am a past client of this provider

During the course of one week we only had one person come in twice. Otherwise it was a revolving door of different people coming in and out of the house three times a day. The caregivers were all very nice people and seemed to genuinely care for their clients. After a week of this my parents didn’t want all these people coming in and out of their house anymore and so we had to stop the service. However, because of the one week cancellation clause in the contract we had to pay for a full week of service that we didn’t use. $4,000 down the drain.

Would highly recommend. Their caregivers are carefully screened, and chosen. There is good communication from each department. They strive to keep on improving and finding out how to meet their client's needs. Caregivers share information and tips with each other in regards to their clients. Overall, I feel that they are seriously committed to caring for elderly people that need some help. They are wonderful with family members as well - and with all different personalities that they face. Excellent caregivers, and just very wonderful people. Great company.

I can't think of anything else, except they seem to do it all willingly with a smile on their face. And nice talking to each one.

The customer service is excellent. With my first phone call to inquire about services, Jim addressed every question and concern I had. When my mom and I met with Tracy for a consultation, she was extremely knowledgeable and again, answered every question and gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. And the care providers are wonderful. All of them have mentioned how much they love working for Home Instead. Barb and Amanda are Mom's regular caregivers and she just loves each of them. Prior to her services, my mom was always struggling with her health and often was depressed. She has bounced back significantly in the months since she started receiving services. I have so much more peace of mind than I ever had in the past year about my mom's well-being.
