I am a current client and based on the level of professionalism, friendliness and willing to help in any way possible I will not change to another provider. The help I currently need is for a 98 year old parent with dementia. Thankfully we don't need in home care at this time but, just being able to have a respite for a day is very helpful. The scheduling for these days is always easy and the caregivers that have come are prompt and show a deep desire to provide a caring environment and, best of all, my mother-in-law has loved them. I can't say enough good things about the people that I work with to make a non-stressful day for my family.

I have had a few different caregivers and they have all been great. Angela and Ron make it very easy to communicate and get things done. I use a walker and Kandance is very patient and helpful in helping me get around. She also helps me with household chores and meal preparation. Come to find out she is a pretty good hair dresser too! It helps that the caregivers all like animals too.

I was out of the country when my father was in a car accident. I knew once out of immediate care of the hospital he was going to need extensive in home care and I work extremely long hours 6 to 7 days a week. I was so fortunate to find home helpers the first time around. The owner came on multiple occasions to get to know my father and make sure he was comfortable with the nurses. Also they saved me tens of thousands in the long term by knowing the details of care he was entitled to being a Veteran. They also went to bat for me with the Veterans Coordinator since not only was I limited on time but also what exactly his entitlements were. I’ve been able to count on them consistently to be there for him, and have piece of mind while I’m at work he’s taken care of. I know not all companies in this industry put the patients before profits and really have a passion to help but they truly do here. The head nurse Angela checks in regularly on how each CNA is doing. Erica is primary CNA has done a great job with him specifically in providing encouragement on his progress of recovery. The mental support he needed is every bit as important as the physical care. I would absolutely recommend home helpers of Jax to anyone needing home health assistance. They not only knew what was best for my father, but also the best ways to help me help him.

I recently went through a surgery that kept me home for over a month. As a single mom, I needed help driving my daughter to school, and keeping the basic functions of the house going while I was in bed healing. Home Helpers was personal, flexible and met every need we had. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I'm just impressed with Home Helpers' service and personnel when they came out, as well as Ron, the owner. Over the last couple of years, I've gotten to know them. Now, they have a Care Coordinator, Angela, who's excellent. I had no complaints at all. They were always very responsive in giving substitutes. They're excellent. They're a small organization, but they've grown really fast and in getting their little niche in their community. So I have nothing but good things to say about Ron and his staff, and Angela and all the caregivers. We had great experiences and I would recommend them to everybody.
