Senior Helpers offers its clientele a wide range of non-medical companion and personal care services. The agency prides itself on being professional, caring, dependable, process oriented, and quality driven.

We provide only experienced caregivers who are able to go beyond services to provide companionship activities to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Our operations are led by a 30 year IBM veteran, Marie Diaz. She has extensive success running services operations to delight clients, recruiting top talent, managing complex work schedules, and ensuring backup plans work. We couple this operational proficiency with quality of care. Barbara Doyle, RN (Director of Care) supervises our care delivery. Her in home care experience dates to 1979 with the Visiting Nurse Service of NY. Barbara has created nurse aide patient care courses, served as a charge nurse at Columbia/Presbyterian Medical Center, and brings a passion to ensuring our clients receive the high quality in-home care they deserve.

Our care ranges from a 1 hour Peace of Mind Visit to 24 by 7 services. We can provide light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and organization of leisure activities. Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation assistance is available. Respite care and hospital sitter services are also offered.
