At CaraVita we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Since our founding in 1998 by a local geriatric specialist and physical therapist, our goal has been to partner with families in helping them keep their loved ones as independent as possible in their residence. What makes us unique is that we are locally owned and operated by professionals with a combined experience of 75 years plus. Our care team of registered nurses, care managers and a physical therapist direct the certified nursing assistants in the service plans for our clients. We provide a free in home assessment including a safety and environmental check. We offer a 24/7 personally answered response line and were the first to offer the Healthy Balance Program.

Our Healthy Balance program promotes restorative care, wellness, cognitive stimulation, psychosocial independence and advancement in the use of technology aides. We demonstrate how technology can foster independence and work in conjunction with in- home care services in our Smart House in North Fulton. By utilizing a restorative approach, we can facilitate our clients wellness by promoting exercise, mobility, activities of daily living and cognitive stimulation. We can do this through home exercise programs for balance, flexibility & strength or a memory enhancement program using our client's Life Story. We also offer caregiver or nurse assistance with MD visits.
