I am a friend or relative of a resident

If all of your caregivers are like Arleen, you have an exceptional team. We could not have asked for a better caregiver. Mom, with her short-term memory loss, still thought she was doing everything for herself and was dead-set against having any help. I don't know how Arleen did it, but she not only managed to do what was needed, she became a companion mom looked forward to seeing and doing things with. Although she is a highly trained professional, I also think of her as a family friend. I am so grateful for the care, companionship and affection she gave my mother.
