Consumer Support Network (CONSUNET), Ltd. is an in-home service provider that assists individuals and families. We are dedicated to helping our consumers lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs and selectively placing trained personnel to meet these needs.

In-Home Assessments
Non-medical Assessments are conducted to find consumers' functioning capabilities, to identify their needs, and to determine what services are required to assist them in attaining and maintaining optimum independence.
Who Can Obtain Service
Our services are particularly designed for consumers who are frail, elderly, homebound, terminally, chronically ill, people with physical or mental disability, recently released from hospital, family caregivers, accident victims, as well as those who need assistance with newborns/children or guidance in developing life skills; and anyone simply without the time or desire to handle their own maintenance.
When Service is Available
Help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to adapt to consumers' needs and preferences.
Where Service is Delivered
We service the North Dade area and South Broward. If a need arises, we will accommodate anyone who requires service outside this geographical area.

- We relieve consumers of the worry that can occur when hiring privately as we carefully screen, train and inform our employees thoroughly.
- We handle any issues that surface such as scheduling difficulties, illness, shift cancellations, arranging for substitute workers, and providing continuous supervision.
- We follow-up with our consumers on a regular basis to assess service effectiveness and to make revisions that reflect changing needs and wishes.
How Prices Are Determined
We charge a variable rate based on the type of service needed, when it is provided, and where it is delivered. We do not charge for assessments. Mileage fees are applicable in some instances. Costs are worked out with consumers prior to initiation of service. We also accept the following plans as mode of payment: Brain & spinal Cord Injury Waiver; Medicaid Under 21; Medicaid Waivers( HCBS-FSL); Private Insurance; Self Pay.
