I am a past client of this provider

We had care with this company for 16 months. I would not recommend them. They were having problems finding people to work 4 to 6 hours a day. We were called often due to someone not showing up. They left food we bought unwrapped in the refrigerator and sometimes the caregivers were not very friendly. There were problems between the management and personnel. My mother was given meds twice in one morning and ended up in the ER. When the individual on duty told me things that were not done by the previous one she got in trouble and was told not to tell me. I thought that to be deceiving and I could not trust them anymore.

We have someone come in and help us from Griswold Home Care for about two months now. I have been very pleased with them. They are very knowledgeable in working with dementia patients. They are very professional. My mom has adjusted very nicely with them and the agency is very conscientious in checking how the caregivers are taking care of my mom.
