I interviewed this provider
I have had the opportunity to talk with Angela , the Client Care Coordinator in the Nampa office. She is a wonderful young woman. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I would recommend dealing with her absolutely anytime. Unfortunately though, I was not so impressed by the Director of the company. I believe her name was Carol. She was not as friendly as Angela and was a bit rude. She was short with me and spoke to me as though I was insignificant. Aside from Carol's behavior, Angela made it worth while and I would trust her to manage care for my mother at any time.
