Acknowledging the need for assistance for yourself or a loved one to continue living independently can be humbling. It can be further complicated by the overwhelming number of service options, multiple home care companies and other people's opinions of what's best. Pinnacle Services compassionately responds to the need for assistance by offering an array of home care services including Home Health Aide, Homemaker and Companion services.

Each option can be individualized. Pinnacle Services focuses on providing only what is necessary to promote the dignity of independence. Services often evolve as circumstances and needs change.

Service Options:

Home Health Aide services might include:

• Assistance with self administration of medications
• Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming
• Body positioning
• Transfers (1 pivot-transfer, 2 person transfer, mechanical transfers)
• Mobility
• Skin care
• Toileting
• Feeding (supervision, physical assistance, cueing)
• Delegated tasks (exercise, skin care, blood pressure checks, blood glucose monitoring assistance, nebulizer treatments, routine catheter care including changing overnight drainage bag)

Homemaker or Companion services might include

• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal Preperation
• Shopping
• Scheduling Appointments
• Transportation
