My loved one used this service
My father just recently passed away, however I felt that I needed to write about CareTrak Home Care because of how much they did for him. As a military man, my father was extremely stubborn and refused to move into an assisted living facility. After hearing about CareTrak Home Care from a friend, I called them and spoke with Kathy. Kathy matched my father with one of her trained and insured caregivers who helped to lift my father's sinking spirits. For three years, my father was able to keep living at home. I firmly believe that if it was not for CareTrak he would not have continued living at home with the same quality of life. I highly recommend CareTrak Home Care because they truly care and even attended my father's wake. They truly cared about him as if he were family.
I used this service
This company was amazing. During my injury, they provided me with the best in-home non-medical care to help me with my leg. I hurt my leg and couldn't move easily or prepare meals as I could not stand for long periods of time. Meal preperation was great; they also helped me with groceries. Be sure to call Pat, she helped get me all set up.

We are licensed, insured and bonded. Services include: bathing, grooming and dressing assistance, incontinence care, companionship, safety monitoring, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation/errands, at home well, sick or disabled child care and respite care. We can help with short or long term needs, for just a few hours or up to 24 hours per day. Statewide live in care is available. Do you have an unusual need or request? Need backup or one time only help? Don’t hesitate to ask us.
CareTrak conducts a complimentary, no obligation home visit to gather specific information about your loved one’s individual needs and preferences, creates a service plan for your approval and finds a caregiver match to initiate services. Of course, life is always changing and we communicate with you and our caregivers regularly to ensure that you and your loved one’s needs are continually met. We are accessible 24/7 for urgent problem resolution.
Our extensive hiring process includes criminal background checks. All caregivers are employed directly by us and are bonded and insured, including Worker’s Compensation.
