We will never send you a caregiver that you did not select or rotate caregivers without your approval. Your peace of mind is our top priority.

I visited this facility
When I first had to find someone to help me care for my husband Jimmy at home due to his Alzheimer's Disease, we went through another agency here in Hot Springs where Jimmy did not get the help he needed with his day to day activities. After we stopped their services we called Superior Senior Specialists here and I could not be more pleased with the person that they sent to our home and also he nurse that came to check up on how the caregiver was working out. Connie C is an awesome caregiver with a heart as big as Texas and she understood that Jimmy and I were both very stressed out and sometimes vey grouchy but she di not take it personally. I would recommend Connie to nyone who asks me.
