Aging Gracefully, Senior Care Services provides an adult day program, in-home care, and transportation services to Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston Counties.

The adult day program includes the following services:

• socialization
• activities/field trips
• physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• on-site podiatrist visiting every nine weeks
• on-site beauty salon/barber shop
• daily exercise
• medication management
• supervision of Registered Nurse
• personal care assistance

Our in-home care services include the following:

• 24/7 care
• personal care assistance
• companion services
• transportation to doctor, errands, etc.
• medication reminders
• on-call Registered Nurse
• light housekeeping
• meal preparation
• laundry/linen changes

Transportation services include:

• to and from adult day program
• to medical appointments
• to grocery store
• to pharmacy
