This agency has a staff of trained caregivers, who assist persons, in their home, offering a broad range of support services, from personal care to errands to household help to companionship to respite care. Extremely disappointed with the care giver service and even more disappointed with the lack of accountability shown by the office staff at having sent an unqualified care giver to my home. Instead of admitting that there was not a qualified care giver available to give the level of care required, I was told it was my fault because not enough lead time was given. Very fortunate there was no serious injury. I will not use this service again.
