In home care agency providing care to seniors and disabled individuals. Providing in home support and care to patients. Companion/Sitter, Personal care, 24/7 Servies, Errands, Dr. Appointments, Tranportation, Meal prepartation, Light Hosekeeping, Geriatric/Medical Care Manager, and many more services available. Licensed in the state of South Carolina, with full liability and Professional insurance.
All caregivers are screened for criminal background and drug use. Caregivers are trained by Licensed nurses. All caregivers required to have 1 year plus experience All caregivers supervised by licensed nurses. Clients receive initial RN/LPN physical assessment and are revisited every 60 days or more requently if needed. Personality matches done for all clients. Each Client receives a Plan of Care to meet the needs of client and family caregivers.

I am a past client of this provider
A friend recommended Key Choice Home Care. They were good and I wish they would continue working with me. They helped with cooking, bathing, light housekeeping, transportation, and laundry. But they terminated the services to me without any notice. They called me one morning and told me that nobody else would be coming out that day, and I need to pick another provider. They didn't give any reason why they terminated the service. I suggest they give clients more notice when they're going to terminate the service. I would probably still recommend them.
