Kinsman Circle of Care, Kinsman Companions

This home care agency was mediocre. At times they were very helpful, very respectful, and very professional. Yet, this attributed to individuals of the company itself, and did not reflect the professionalism of the entire organization. Certain workers would be very attentive and quick to assist (a hospital bed was discussed, then brought to my house within two or three hours, I was very impressed), while others would seem nonchalant like they had better things to do. While it was only individuals I worked with most of the time, I can't blame a persons behavior on an entire company, so altogether this organization is satisfactory.

While I am not a direct client of Kinsman Circle of Care - our Home Care of choice for my grandmother during her last few months was Kinsman. As I was there daily, I had the chance to see the operation of Kinsman employees and how well they work with seniors. //The Kinsman employees we were assigned were all very nice and polite. Most of them do well at making the elderly person feel like it's just a friendly visit and not so much a doctor checkup. My grandmother had a good time with her physical therapist. By the time it was due to be over, she had requested that he continue for a little while longer; Not because she needed it, but because she was enjoying the company of the Kinsman employee. //My overall experience with Kinsman was a positive one. They treated my grandmother patiently and was very personable with her. Whenever I had any questions, they had the answer; Whenever I had and requests, they did their best to get it done. Pretty much this Senior Home Care Agency is about as good as you will find around the Gilmer Texas area.
