Co-owner Tom Feely is an elder care attorney who started his first home care business in 2003. He could see the overwhelming need for in-home care not only by working with the senior community but also from a personal level when dealing with aging family members.

Tom and his wife Donna partnered together to create Carolina Personal Care to fulfill there commitment to assist seniors who desire to remain in their homes, while preserving thier independence and dignity.
