We have been using this organization for several years and had nothing but fabulous care/service. Their hiring standards are notably higher than the other local agencies that we had used previously, they work extremely hard to match the personality of the caregiver with the client (they allowed us to try several caregivers and then select the one we felt was the best match), and best of all they provide continuity of care (you get the same person over and over, day after day). This has allowed us to establish a "relationship" with our Family First Companion caregiver and provides our "cared-for" family member with stability, a sense of safety, and most unexpectedly, real companionship. Their prices are competitive and they do extensive background checks. I very highly recommend them.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. They have assisted with the care of my mother for at least half of a decade (so I know them/their quality of service very well)....and they are WONDERFUL. They are so kind and caring to my mother............and unbelievably accommodating to me. (I live out-of-state and have presented some really challenging issues---all of which have been quickly addressed and solved.) While dealing with an aging parent, I have worked with many, many persons, institutions, and organizations and not one even comes close to the professionalism and helpfulness of Family First Companion Care. I very, very highly recommend them

Family First Companion Care is a locally owned personal service agency that serves a six county area in southern Indiana including Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, Gibson, Spencer and Perry counties. We are licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health.
We are committed to providing high quality, client centered and affordable Home Care services to our clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood and met through the selective assignments of qualified, trustworthy and compassionate personnel.
Family First Companion Care offers a full range of personal services, including:
