When I was looking for in home care for my mom, when I talked with Almost Like Family, they were very caring, very interested, and gave me a lot of advice before I went with them. So I knew if the time came, I'll go with them. Now, they're totally engaged with mother, the whole time that they're here. They stimulate her. Mother loves to color so we have colored pencils, crayons, color books and we have designs that she can color. She loves puzzles, they do puzzles. They do Play Doh and Lego. They take her for a walk and do exercises with her. They toss balls and balloons with her. They sit outside and read books. They stay engaged with her. At this moment, mother doesn't need any assistance to keep her mobile. We're just now going to be introducing them to bathe her. We currently have two caregivers. They're caring and very compassionate. They enjoy what they do and enjoy that type of work. I would definitely recommend Almost Life Family. They found the absolute perfect match for my mom. She came out and assessed my mother, asked me what my needs were and what I was looking for in caregiver. And she found the perfect one.
