Options for Senior America, established in 1989, provides caregivers for people who need assistance. We pride ourselves on flexibility and dependably. We can have people come over for as little as 2 hours or just be there 24/7 so to be available whenever they are needed. All of our care givers are experienced, have background and reference checks, and workman's compensation. They are all licensed, bonded, and insured. We will be glad to come over before hand for an interview to be sure that everyone is happy. We are members of both the Better Business Bureau and Georgia ALFA (Advancing Assisted Living in Georgia)

I am a past client of this provider
I was aware of the situations that my parents' "old world" prejudices would present to the providers. I was right, and am not proud of their prejudicial views. My Dad, especially, presented some problems as he is quite prejudiced. Kathy was really patient and performed her duties admirably. Mia was not in the same class as Kathy - but then, she is of the younger generation. If we need to use this service again. and, to be honest, I hope we never do, I would call on this provider again. Don and Z were the consummate professionals and dealt with a novice (me) with great tact and alacrity. I know that I presented some problems in the relationship, but they were always patient with me.
