I am a past client of this provider
I was not happy with Addus Healthcare. I had to go and have a test at the hospital. I couldn't drive myself, so I just needed a driver. It was only 12 miles each way, but they charge me for a total of 105 miles. I sent them a letter and they ended up settling on that. But I was not at all happy with them.
