From personal care including assistance with bathing, showering and dressing, to meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping and incidental transporation, our caregivers' compassion and experience are what make the difference in providing peace of mind and respite for family caregivers. All caregivers are fully bonded and insured, have passed background checks and drug screens, have previous experience and excellent references. I visited this facility
The staff was wonderful; they were lively and seemed committed to their work. I could noticed they enjoyed their work and they exhibited a high sense of professionalism. I like the residential area, the amenities and furniture was awesome. The food seemed nice too although i did not get to taste it. I could see the residents were happy and liked the nurses. It was nice to see smiles on their faces and noticed how relaxed and comfortable they were. I was there in the winter and I couldn't help noticing how warm the living area and corridors was. I asked and i was told it was a priority to keeping the home warm because residents have lower resistance to cold and harsh climatic conditions. I liked the fact that the nurses spent time with the residents, engaging them in conversations and keeping them occupied. I noticed the residents were treated with so much dignity.
