My mother had a stroke and was hospitalized for a week and was then sent to a adult care facility but because of some complications with Medicare she was sent back home. After we appealed to Medicare they agreed to provide her with a home care agency as a compromise. I chose Senior Helpers after checking online for recommendations. Since I am her only relative in Florida and I have to work this was needed. Her level of care is having someone to watch her in the daytime, make her meals and give her a light bath and comb her hair. I am satisfied with this company as their staff is always punctual and give her the care that she is approved for. She also likes the staff and they interact very well. They keep me informed and gets her medication is she runs out. They make sure she gets the food she likes and keeps her entertained until I get home. Their fee although covered is not too exorbitant so when her Medicare benefits runs out I will be able to provide her with the same care several times a week. I recommend them highly
