I am a past client of this provider

Steer clear! This company is awful. We signed up for their services and immediately requested they test my mother-in-law for a UTI. They did not run the test. For six weeks her condition deteriorated while they ran up a bill for daily visits. Finally she was tested and confirmed my m-in-law was suffering from a UTI. When we began to seek a new HH company, Paradigm called Adult Protective Services on us! Then, when i cancelled Paradigm's services, the head nurse, "Joanna" shoved the business card for the APS worker in my face and said, "Good luck!" with a smile on her face. Even APS was appalled! It has been sheer hell for us. DO NOT USE PARADIGM. They are unprofessional and spiteful.
