Home Helpers personalized services are given with the same dedicated support often provided by loved ones and family members. Services may include companionship, supervision for safety for someone with dementia, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, personal care (bathing, grooming, etc), and more. Each client is unique. Home Helpers positively impacts the quality of our clients' lives by offering a comprehensive set of premium in-home services custom tailored to the needs of each individual, and delivered by caregivers and personal assistants who are competent and compassionate. We go beyond the delivery of basic services, striving to deliver a true "experience", caring for each client in a holistic manner by understanding their needs and interests and customizing a plan that is specific and unique to them.

Home Helpers caregivers undergo a very thorough training program, including 86 hours of online training, a formal mentoring program, quarterly in-person training, and individualized training centered around the individual client the caregiver is serving. Caregivers are carefully supervised by an experienced supervisor on a regular basis. Using Telephony, an automated clock-in and clock-out system, our clients never worry about whether the caregiver is really there when they should be - we are monitoring that 24 hours per day.
