24 HOUR ON CALL SERVICE (No Answering Service)

Our care managers answer your calls at any time. We address your concerns in a timely and efficient manner. We respond to all emergency situations, may it be 8:00 pm or 4:00 am.

INTRODUCTION

We personally introduce our caregivers to you. We review your care plan and discuss this with your caregiver of choice to ensure your safety. This eliminates the concern of having a stranger in your home.

WEEKLY CARE CALLS

With you or your loved one’s consent, we make follow-up calls once a week. This allows us to be proactive on issues that relate to the care we provide. This is also an opportunity for you or your loved one to discuss with us any service enhancement needed.

MONTHLY VISITS
