• Care of AIDS and debilitated patients at home
• Teaching and instruction of equipment. For example, oxygen, apnea monitor, nebulizer by the RN's, supplies of DME
• Care of ventilator dependent patients, tracheotomy care, and patients on oxygen therapy at home
• Community referral for resources like physical therapy, social workers, and occupational therapy
• Phlebotomy weekly or monthly blood drawn from patients at home
• Neonatal follow-up at home
• Care of general nursing home clients
