Iowa River Hospice

Iowa River Hospice is a not-for-profit hospice that serves patients in Marshall, Tama, Southern Hardin and Grundy Counties since 1983. We see patients where ever they call home be that in their own homes, nursing facility, assisted living or hospital. The Iowa River Hospice Home opened in 2009 and is a six bed inpatient home for patients and families needing additional care. Our team provides high-quality, compassionate, end-of-life care for our patients and support for their family members and caregivers. The Bereavement Coordinators continue supporting families after a loss and offer this service to the community. Those we serve have found hope to be at the heart of Iowa River Hospice, where the quality of life for both the patient and family is honored. There is always hope.
