I am a past client of this provider

We hired them at the suggestion of our doctor. We had no experience with a hospice before and well, after intake, we promptly fired them...The intake woman had NO compassion whatsoever - she talked down / raised her voice at my mother as if she were a unruly child and not a woman with a terminal illness.

Truly appalling.
