Wells House Hospice Program

As a hospice care facility, a place meant to provide care for those with terminal illnesses, the care was extremely lacking. The only thing the staff should be concerned with is making their patients comfortable in their final days/weeks and this was not the case. My grandmother was frequently skipped and not given adequate pain medication, or adequate food. The facilities themselves were nice and well taken care of but the staff was negligent and I believe they contributed to my grandmother passing sooner than expected.

I have personally witnessed the compassion and care the staff has here for a friend who was placed here. The staff was warm loving a compassionate beyond measure. The level of care here is as though the patient is a member of the staff’s family. The facility is nicely decorated, cozy and warm. They have amazing menu of homemade food that is very good. They have several house Cats that live there and give great comfort and peace to the patients. You cannot go wrong choosing this facility. I have nothing but PURE PRAISE for the staff and owners of Wells House Hospice. When my friend’s time came he was not alone and was surrounded by staff that made his time as he put it his last words to me. They cared for me as if I was their lover!!!! High praise for a man when says he never knew love till he came to Wells House.
