I used this agency to help care for my father. The aide was professional and dependable. She used good health safety precautions like using gloves and frequent hand washings. She came four times a week to bathe, assist with dressing and grooming, did some house-keeping and laundry. She showed up on time and was very patient and caring towards Dad. I would rate this as an excellent performance. As always, a copany is only as good as their aides. I appreciate that they had done background checks and provided proper training.
