I became familiar with this agency while they were providing care for my grandmother. For the many years that my grandmother used their services I was often displeased with the quality of the home health aides but was unable to convince my mother and grandmother to switch agencies due to concerns that another agency would be worse. There was a high turnover rate among the home health aides and other staff, there were times when staff from the agency was rude over the phone. I would give this agency a lower rating but for the few amazing aides that were able to make the last few years of my grandmother's life very comfortable.
