cases, while working closely with agency-wide professionals, for
closely montored services to address patient's needs & progress 

... staff seems caring & friendly, good connection with patients

CONS: ... has problem, at times, of staff missing scheduled visits or arriving

 late, often times with no update call to patient, needs to be resolved,
 on a permanent basis
