Communication Solutions

Our Lead CNA will come into your home for a visit to determine which of our services will best serve your family member and allow them to remain in the comfort of their own home. The initial shift will be covered by the Lead CNA and will refine the service plan and introduce the family member to the care giving staff. Members of our staff exceed the requirements of the State of Montana.

Recognizing that accurate and timely communication between family members and the staff of A Better Way regarding the day to day care of their loved ones, we have developed a means of sharing the daily communication logs that record day to day care giving events with pre-determined and appropriate family members.
