Triple O Health Services, Inc

As a professional in the area, I have informed clients about Triple O health Services, which is a home health agency, providing in-home medical care to persons living in Houston, Tx & surrounding areas.

Some clients had positive comments, such as staff was friendly & helpful. However, several clients expressed problems. One client said: "They (staff) were very nice but sometimes they seemed unsure what to do, once even called the office for help. Also, many times they wouldn't really answer my questions. I am not pleased with them." Another client said: "Staff was nice but not sure they were really trained enough or that they knew exactly what they were to do."

It seems this agency needs to review & implement overall improvement if they are to develop & deliver quality care to their patients.
