Ascensia Home Health is family owned and operated agency since 2006. We are a family of professionals dedicated to providing a personalized plan of care where the patient receives quality nursing services in the comfort of their own home. We provide RNs and LVNs for the even the most complex medical needs. Ascensia can also provide Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy in the home. Medical Social Workers can help facilitate other social services needed for clients. Ascensia also offers non-medicl services such Personal Assistance Services(PAS). We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Care Improvement Plus, Tricare, Molina, Humana(ALL)and Private Pay(Out-of-Pocket). Call our office for more insurances and to see what is covered for your needs.
