This agency was recommended by the CCRC where my father lives. They are overpriced ($27 hourly for a CNA - for the same money, you can get an RN from any other agency.) One worker slept for hours on the night shift (I was in the next room - what was he thinking??) and did not hear my father calling him. (Fortunately I did) Another time he brought a family member in the apartment so he could leave to get coffee - my father woke up and called me very upset because there was a stranger there. Another worker completely dislodged the dressing for the venous ulcer on his heel - didn't bother to call the on-duty RN to re-dress it. I found a new provider who offered to start immediately; I had the courtesy to offer them 24 hours notice. At 2:00 PM, they informed the CCRC that they would not be sending any one for the 5:00 PM shift. Don't trust your loved ones care to these disinterested, high-priced provider.
