I am a professional in the area and have referred clients to In Touch Healthcare Services, which is an agency, providing in-home medical care to persons struggling with a health problem and desiring to improve & recover. This agency covers persons living in Richmond, Tx & surrounding region.
Most clients had positive comments regarding this agency, indicating they provided quality care & had quality staff. However, several clients had some problems, with one client saying: "Overall, they (staff) are good but sometimes they didn't show when they were suppose to & I sat around & waited on them. I am unhappy about that."
