Home Health Care Services

Home Care Solutions has created a caring, compassionate network of 'live-in' caregivers and home health staff to provide our Clients with a sense of independence, dignity and respect.

Your primary caregiver will be a live-in Home Health Aide who will tend compassionately and professionally to:

• All personal care
• mobility needs
• meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• household tasks
• exercise programs for flexibility and health
• transportation / escort services
• bowel / bladder control devices if needed

Each Client will be assessed by an RN who creates a Care Plan to fit their individual needs. A nurse will visit minimally every two weeks to set-up and order medications and supervise the activities of the Home Health Aides. An RN is "on call" 24/7 to talk to the caregivers, family or other medical faction involved in the case.

Rates

24 hour live-in care:

• $288/day
• $315-$380/day "couple care"
