Health Options

Health Options provides personal care assistants, home companion and care management services giving you the support you need to live more independently. Services include personal care, respite care, shopping, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, escort to activities medication reminders and much more. Our clients are assigned a team of health professionals including the oversight of a personal registered nurse.The team will work together to address challenges, make sure you are receiving all available resources and match you to caregivers who will make you feel right at home.

Our clients become a part of a community that is wellness driven, giving you the tools you need to stay healthier and active. Our clients receive Health Options membership benefits which include free and discounted admission to classes and special events, discounts to health related services, newsletters, and access to our wellness library and resource center.
