Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon- Fri. We have been in business 14 years with five State Surveys all resulting in a perfect record, showing no deficiencies in any area of care. Referrals are accepted from individuals, Doctors offices, as well as hospitals and other Health Care entities.
