As a professional in the area, I have referred clients to Extended Hand Home Health, which is a home health agency, providing in-home medical care to persons living in Missouri City, Tx & surrounding area.

Most clients indicated this agency provided quality care and had professional, caring staff.

However, a few clients stated they had a problem with staff making scheduled visits, indicating it happened more than once & they were not called to cancel. This can be upsetting & disruptive to a patient.

This agency does seem to provide quality care but needs to resolve problem area to improve services to their patients.
