My mother is now 86 and had back surgery a year ago. After she was dismissed from the rehab center, we had home health in my home. These ladies walked me through every step starting with the 2 hour Medicare paperwork. We were given a timeline of expectations and provided services that were evaluated half way through the allotted time. The nurse and the therapist were very professional yet they got to know my mother personally. My mother is quite "spunky and sassy" and they were able to handle her and get her to accomplish her therapy. During this time, my niece lost her husband serving in the National Guard. We were shown such compassion and sent a card from the staff. My mom is unable to live alone anymore and depending on her health I certainly would use these professionals again!
