This is the WORST home health agency I have ever had to deal with. Occupational therapy was promised, only to find out that they did not have an occupational therapist. It took the "nurse" almost a week to assess my Mother and then there were no instructions left for her with the staff at the facility she resided. When I spoke to the woman who was supposed to see my Mother, she told me it was the facilitys responsibility, not hers to care for my Mother. I am certain Medicare will be glad to know this, seeing that Medicare will be partially paying for this "care"... or lack thereof. I am surprised this place remains in business. I discharged there service and then found that there have been MANY issues with them.
