All Care Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit home health care agency with over 100 years of experience. We offer a full range of home care services, which are delivered by skilled, nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, medical social workers and certified home health aides. Our professional staff works with you and your doctor to meet your medical needs at home.

If you or a loved one is recovering from an illness, injury or recent hospitalization All Care can provide you with the services you need to recover at home. Home care services may also be available if you are experiencing any of the following:

A Recent Fall, Dizziness, Weakness, Medication Change, Persistent Nausea and/or Vomiting, Swelling of Legs or Feet, Persistent Cold or Flu like symptoms, Increased Urination, Diarrhea, Impending Surgery/Hospitalization or being sent home from a hospital or rehab. Medicare, Medicaid and most HMO's cover home care services if you have a skilled need (see above reasons), are homebound (taxing effort to leave your house) and your doctor signs an order for home care.

All Care takes patient satisfaction to a new level. We have won the Pinnacle Award for patient Satisfaction for 11 years, an honor given to us by the Visiting Nurse Association of New England. We are also a Winner of the nationwide Home Care Elite Award for quality patient outcomes.
