Anchor Pulmonary Rehab and Home Health Care Servic

They have a difficult time finding good home health care aides. Some just didn't show up or call. Some did a horrible job on chores or assistative tasks. Some would spend half their time on their cell phones or taking several breaks of 30 minutes or an hour. The administrator took action on my complaints but the next aide would just have another set of problems I had to deal with. This is my third home health company and all had problems keeping reliable help, probably due to low wages and no benefits. The reason I am still with this company is because one of my family members said she would be my aide and the company hired her to be my aide. All of the health care agencies really need to pay a good aide more than minimum wage and offer benefits. A lot of us will end up in nursing homes if we can't get better care in our homes.
