Orosay Home Health provides substandard care stay away from this company as it is under review by the BLC and will be subject of a Medicare/ Medicaid Audit. As a family caregiver whose elderly grandmother was receiving Home Health Services through this company I can tell you first hand that there is no support here, no ethics no sense of accountability. This company in it's entirety is ran by the same class and type of people. There is no access to management and the individual FATIMA who previously served as RN Designee calling herself an OWNER was fired for gross negligence and billing irregularities after a quality investigation/ survey /audit was completed recently. The staff here is not professional they rather collude and cover each others backs rather than rise to the ocassion and provide quality care. Everyone knows each other and are too quick to reject appropriate counsel even when their violations are presented to them in black & white instead electing to collude with each other because they feel the USA can be a playground where they can get away with ethics related problems. This company's staff feel they can get away with allowing their Nursing staff to drop clients at will and to leave them without coverage or even a Home Health Company despite a DOCTORS ORDERS. During a period of almost 2 years they only had on staff 2 RN's and there was no backup coverage because each RN had their own stack of clients. They like to give verbal notification of discharge rather than the proper and procedurally required notification via correspondence with a layover period to cover the client until such time as a new Home Health Care Company is secured by they. The office and RN staff routinely fail to stay on top of labwork orders, radiology orders and follow-up to obtain those results and relay them to appropriate parties. Their gross negligence leads to medical complications in patients escalating to dangerous levels requiring hospitalization. This company is notorious for telling clients "If you have a PCA you CANNOT have a CNA" which is absolutely false. They also Deny Therapy Services and Reduce RN/CNA times but bill for more and pocket the extra money received from Medicaid/Medicare! This company as a Medicare/ Medicaid certified Home health Company routinely denies providing the client/patient necessary supplies even onto their own Nursing staff rarely ever providing anything like gauzes, duoderm, masks which they are authorized to bill for (they infact do but pocket the money).
