I called to inquire about their services & fees for my grandparens that lived in las vegas area. I am calling from another state. I understand the time difference, but if you are in business for this kind of service you are suppose to be available 24/7. The lady that answered the phone did not answer in a business manner like mentioning the company name, her voice was like someone who just woke up, i introduce myself & told her I apologize for the inconvenience though I should not have apologize as I am a private paying customer who is willing to part my money for their services & their advertisement stated available 24/7, the lady did not say a word & hang-up the phone. Need I say more for this type of attitude about entrusting my precious grandparents to their care ?
