Christus Community Hospice

As a professional in the area, I have referred clients to Christus At Home Hospice, which provides services to terminally ill patients and their families, living within the Houston, Tx region. This hospice is a faith-based, not-for-profit division, of a larger home care system comprised of multiple agencies and Visiting Nurse Association of Texas.

This hospice has a full staff of doctors, nurses, social workers, aides, chaplains, bereavement specialists and volunteers. This team staff offers specialized care and support to patients and families dealing with the final phase of a life-ending illness. This hospice helps patients to carry on an alert, pain-free life, and to manage symptoms so they can live each day to the fullest, surrounded by family and friends. In addition, guidance & support is given to the patient and their family as they deal with issues & emotions surrounding death & dieing.
