I am a professional in the region and have referred clients to Prime Care Medical Services, which is a home health agency, providing in-home medical care to persons dealing with a medical decline & aiming to improve and recover. This agency covers 9 counties surrounding the Hempstead, Tx area.

This agency has provided services for many years in the area and is well known for their quality care & staff.
