This agency is always willing to work with difficult consumers, mental health consumers, consumers who have dysfunctional family dynamics, etc. Your agency manages to staff these cases when other agencies have failed to do so -- and your Personal Care Aides take very good care of these more challenging consumers. When there is a performance issue with an aide, the agency resolves the problem promptly. And VitaCare never abandons a difficult case.
